Choir
"Come let us sing for
joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the rock of our salvation." Psalm 95:1
Our church choir is an important and integral part of our worship time together. Most Sunday's they bring praise to our service through spirituals, cantatas, and praise music. Members are welcome to join our choir as they practice weekly (Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m.) during the fall, winter, and spring months. Choir is a great way to get involved with a small group of caring and fun people as well as sharing a gift of music. Tom Kyser, music teacher at the Durango High School, leads us in our musical worship; .-Use the Contact the Staff page if you wish to contact Tom We also welcome singers and musicians who would be willing to help lead our monthly “praise services.”
Bell Choirs
Thanks to Essie Williams, our church now has two Bell Choirs! We have already enjoyed many fantastic performances. The Hallelujah Ringers Bell Choir practice on Tuesdays mornings at 9:AM and the Glory Ringers Bell Choir practice on Monday at 5:15 PM! If you are interested in joining either Bell Choir you are invited to contact Essie at 375-1456 or just drop in during a practice session and check it out.
