If you want to use space at First Presbyterian Church please send an This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. listing the contact information, the name of the event or group, the desired time and room location and any other information pertaining to the request (size of the group, special needs, if it is a one time or ongoing request, etc.).

This especially goes for regular church activities which need to change from the normal pattern.

  Requests made by users from the wider community will recieve a reply by email within 3-5 days.  Further action to complete the request involves submitting FPC's Space Use Agreement form which is available from our office.  The Session's Facilities Team must review the proposal and may require additional information.  Typically a security deposit and a use fee is required.  In special circumstances, the process can be expidited but normally decisions are made on the 2nd Tuesday of the next month and communicated within 2 days.
